At Pure Touch, we handcraft each product with care. This shipping policy outlines our delivery options, costs, and timeframes to help you know what to expect when you order from us.
Processing Time
All Pure Touch products are handmade to order. If your item is not currently in stock, please allow a lead time of 1-2 weeks for production before shipping.
Shipping Options and Rates
Local Deliveries (Kommetjie and Capri, Western Cape)
FREE delivery to Kommetjie and Capri addresses.
South African Deliveries
We offer the following courier options within South Africa:
- Cape Town (within 50kms from CBD) – R95
- National - South Africa – R125
- Pudo (Locker to Locker) – R60
- Pudo (Locker to Door) – R100
International Deliveries
We ship worldwide at a flat rate of R690.
Important: Import duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be determined by your country's customs regulations. You may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated to you upon receipt of your order. Please contact us at info@pure-touch.co.za for wholesale shipping quotes.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Kommetjie and Capri: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Cape Town: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- National (South Africa): 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Pudo Lockers: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- International: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include the 1-2 week production lead time for made-to-order items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Pure Touch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays and Issues
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs processing for international orders. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@pure-touch.co.za and we will assist you.
